Race Description
The Pi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi is set to host the annual Sarah Anderson Live.Laugh.Run. 5K race on March 29, 2025. This event aims to honor the memory of Sarah Anderson, a dedicated member of the Auburn University Marching Band who tragically lost her life in 2009. All proceeds from the event will contribute to the Sarah Anderson Memorial Scholarship, awarded to a deserving band member each fall semester.
Participants can register for the event at a fee of $30 for the general public and $25 for current students and AUMB alumni. Registration prices will increase by $5 starting March 1, and participants must register by February 28 to guarantee a race shirt. The race also includes a friendly competition between teams representing the AUMB directors, with prizes awarded to the team with the fastest average time.
