Race Description
The Live Brave 5K and 1 Mile events are scheduled to take place on August 9th, 2025, at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury, Minnesota. These races benefit the Youth Eating Disorder Prevention and Recovery Program, marking a special occasion as it celebrates the event's 5-year anniversary.
Participants can choose between a competitive wave for faster runners and a community and children's wave, with kids 12 and under able to join the 1-mile race for free. The event aims to raise awareness of eating disorders and foster community support, with proceeds benefiting local organizations that promote mental health and prevention programs.
