Race Description
The Light the Darkness 5K is set to make its return for the second year, taking place on January 18, 2025, at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This event aims to raise awareness and combat human trafficking, with proceeds going toward supporting survivors of sexual exploitation.
Participants are encouraged to don headlamps, neon colors, and lighted accessories as part of the evening race along the beach. An after-party is scheduled to follow the race, featuring music, prizes, and awards for the best lighted participants, along with free drink tickets for racers.
