Race Description
The 13th Annual LifeSong Dash is set to take place on June 7, 2025, in Clifton Park, NY. This USATF-sanctioned 5K race aims to support LifeSong, Inc., an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The event has garnered attention as a favored gathering for runners of all abilities from the Eastern New York and New England regions.
Participants can look forward to a scenic "out and back" route that starts and ends at Halfmoon Town Park. The day will also feature festivities including a Junior Dash for kids, local food trucks, live music, and various entertainment options. Custom medals will be awarded to the top finishers in age and gender categories, while all entrants will receive a Dash T-shirt and have the chance to win door prizes.
