Race Description
The Lester Fun Run 2024 is scheduled to take place on September 29, 2024, in Downers Grove, Illinois. This family-friendly event features a 1 mile run/walk and a 5K race, aimed at raising funds for the Lester PTA, which supports various student programs. Over 35% of their programming budget is sourced from activities connected to the Fun Run, including experiences, raffles, and silent auctions.
The goal for this year's event is to raise $25,000 to benefit all students at Lester. Participants who wish to partake in both the 1 mile and the 5K must register separately for each race, ensuring that they receive individual timing bibs.
