Race Description
The Legwork For Lungs event is set to take place on November 9, 2024, in New Brunswick, NJ. This annual gathering aims to support lung cancer research with both a competitive 5k run and a 1-mile fitness walk, providing participants with an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause while enjoying a fun-filled day with family and friends.
In addition to the race activities, the event will feature a variety of attractions including a Tug-o-War Battle, raffle prizes, and carnival games. Attendees can look forward to food, live music, and the chance to win shirts and medals while participating in this community event designed to raise awareness and funds for lung cancer research at MSKCC during Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
