Race Description
The Lawson Lake 5k is set to take place on November 16, 2024, inviting participants to enjoy a scenic course around Lawson Lake. The event also features a one-lap walk option that covers 1.5 miles. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Lawson Park Board's special projects, supporting local initiatives.
Participants can register until October 15, 2024, to receive a logo sock cap giveaway item. On race day, registration will be available at the site for a fee of $35 for the 5k, $30 for youth runners, and $15 for walkers. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in both male and female categories, as well as age group winners.
