Race Description
The Late Fall 2024 Kids Speed & Conditioning program is set to kick off in Apex, North Carolina, beginning on October 23, 2024. Organized by Triangle Run Smart Training and sponsored by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs, the program aims to enhance running speed and overall conditioning for children aged 8-14, regardless of their current fitness level. The training will take place once a week for eight weeks, with sessions capped at 30 participants.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM at Apex Nature Park, with the exception of Thanksgiving week when the class will meet on Tuesday, November 26. The cost for the program is $65, which includes a coached workout each week, a training shirt, and additional resources for participants. Financial assistance is available for those in need, ensuring that all interested children can take part in this enriching experience.
