Race Description
The Late Fall 2024 Advanced Youth Run training program in Apex is set to commence on October 22, 2024, and will continue until December 10, 2024. Organized by Triangle Run Smart Training, this program targets children aged 10 to 15 who have previous running experience and can run two miles non-stop. The sessions will take place weekly with a cap of 30 participants, ensuring a focused and engaging environment.
The cost to participate in the program is $75, which includes eight coached workouts, a season training plan, and additional benefits such as discounts at local run shops and educational resources from The Running PTs.
