Race Description
The Liberty Adventure Program is set to host a two-night retreat titled 'Nurture in Nature' from January 18-20, 2025, at The Perch at Twin Peaks Retreat in Coronado, California. This event, aimed specifically at junior enlisted sailors active in the E1-E6 ranks, focuses on promoting mental health through a series of wellness activities.
Participants will engage in group meditation, forest bathing, and hiking in the San Bernardino Mountains, along with an opportunity to explore the local town and enjoy ice skating. The retreat will provide shared cabin accommodations, with individual beds, and is expected to fill up quickly due to limited space for additional guests.
