Race Description
The Lakeside Double Sprint Triathlon is set to take place on May 23, 2025, starting at 6 PM at Lakeside Park in Greenville, South Carolina. This event is part of the South Carolina Triathlon Series and features an exciting format with two sets of 250 yard swims, 8 mile bikes, and 2 mile runs, designed to challenge athletes in a unique evening setting.
Participants will complete two laps of the triathlon course, which includes a swim in the outdoor pool at 7th Inning Splash, a bike ride on rural roads surrounding Greenville, and a run comprising two one-mile loops. This setup allows for ample viewing opportunities for spectators and aims to create a competitive yet fun atmosphere for all involved.
