Race Description
The Lake Run Club is set to host its annual meeting and the Frosty 5K run on February 8, 2025, at Fiala Brothers Brewery in Uptown Normal. This year, the event introduces a 5K run alongside a lunch meal and an open bar, providing attendees a chance to celebrate and socialize. Registration for the 5K will begin at 11:15 AM, and there will also be several awards presented during the event.
Following the registration, the annual meeting will commence at 11:45 AM, which will include the swearing in of new officers for the Lake Run Club and a vote to approve the bylaws for 2025. The 5K run will kick off at noon, with an optional pit stop for participants over 21 at Keg Grove. Attendees can enjoy lunch and socializing from 1:15 PM to 3 PM, ensuring a community-focused event.
