Race Description
On June 8, 2025, the Olympic Village of Lake Placid, New York will host the 20th Annual Lake Placid Marathon & Half. This event, recognized as a premier early season race, draws athletes from over 40 U.S. states, Canada, and beyond, all eager to take part in a scenic experience amidst the stunning Adirondack Mountains.
Participants in the Marathon and Half Marathon will enjoy a course that features a combination of flat and rolling terrain, as well as some hills, all while taking in picturesque views of mountain landscapes. Registration will take place on June 7, 2025, with the race commencing at 8 am on the following day. Each race offers a six-hour course limit and includes post-race refreshments, finisher medals, and race T-shirts for participants who register before the cutoff date.
