Race Description
The Lake Bluff PTO Pumpkin Chase is set to return again this year as part of CARA's 2024 Runner's Choice Race Circuit. Scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024, the event will feature both a 5K race starting at 8 AM and a 1 Mile Fun Run starting at 9:15 AM, promising an exciting morning for participants of all ages.
Runners will traverse the certified 5K course through the scenic, tree-lined streets of Lake Bluff, culminating at a bluff with stunning views of Lake Michigan. Families are invited to join in the Fun Run, which is popular among children from kindergarten to 8th grade, and all attendees are encouraged to stay for post-race festivities, including refreshments and awards after each race.
