Race Description
The Kokosing Alberici Traylor Engineers Day 5K is set to take place on June 27, 2025, in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. This annual event celebrates engineering achievements and invites participants to enjoy a scenic 5K run on soft surfaces alongside beautiful views of the freighters and the international bridge. Registration is currently open, and early participants can benefit from lower entry fees until May 31, 2025.
Participants can expect a festive atmosphere during the Engineers Day Weekend, which includes access to various activities starting from June 27, 2025. The race will kick off at 6:00 PM, with packet pickups starting at 4:00 PM. All runners will receive a medal, refreshments, and have a chance to be awarded in various age groups. Notably, 10% of registration funds will support the O.U.T. Consortium for nonmotorized trail development in the area.
