Race Description
KMXT's Run the Rock is set to take place on October 19, 2024, in Kodiak, Alaska. This family-friendly event features multiple race options including a marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K, allowing participants of various fitness levels to join in the fun.
The marathon course starts on Near Island and traverses across the bridge and through town, culminating at the Bear Valley Golf Course after taking in the scenic views of Buskin Lake valley. The event is known not only for its scenic routes but also for its community spirit, inviting runners and families to enjoy a healthy outdoor experience together.
