Race Description
The Jingle Trails Challenge, a festive running event, is set to take place at McAllister Park in San Antonio, Texas, on December 14, 2024. Participants can choose between a 10K and a 5K trail run, featuring a course that includes smooth dirt, rocks, roots, and gravel. The race encourages runners to dress in seasonal attire, adding to the holiday spirit of the event.
Registered participants will have the opportunity to pick up their race packets on December 11 and 12, leading up to race day. The first 250 registrants will receive a special 'Jingle Trail' beanie, while all finishers will be awarded a mug for hot cocoa as they complete their race. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers for each distance, as well as to the fastest participants wearing Merrell shoes, fostering competition and community involvement.
