Race Description
The Jazz-Sauk Valley Running Camp is set to take place from July 13 to July 16, 2025, at the scenic Sauk Valley Resort in Brooklyn, Michigan. This overnight running camp is open to middle school and high school runners, offering an excellent opportunity for co-ed training designed for students in grades 6-12, with a limit of 60 campers to ensure personalized instruction.
Participants will receive expert coaching aimed at enhancing their athletic performance, guided by experienced counselors including runners like Katie Jazwinski, an Olympic Trials qualifier. The camp emphasizes smarter training strategies, core mobility exercises, and the importance of dynamic stretching, ensuring that all runners, regardless of their experience level, can benefit from this immersive experience.
