Race Description
The Independence Rhode Race is set to take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in Bristol, Rhode Island. This half marathon, organized in partnership with the Bristol Fourth of July Committee, will showcase the historic downtown area during America’s oldest Fourth of July celebration. Participants will experience a scenic route that includes notable sites such as historic homes, the America’s Cup Museum, and picturesque views along the coastline.
After the race, participants are invited to the Official Post Race Party at Pivotal Brewing, where showing a race bib will grant one free beer. The event promises to happen rain or shine, and while refunds are not available, organizers will make necessary adjustments in the case of severe weather.
