Race Description
The Seashore Striders and the Village Volunteers invite runners and walkers to participate in the Inaugural Harvest Hustle 5k Run and 1k "Fun" Walk taking place at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Delaware on September 21, 2024. This community-oriented event showcases a flat and fast course that starts and finishes at the fishing pier, offering participants an enjoyable experience while supporting a good cause.
Participants can expect to enjoy post-race refreshments and custom t-shirts, with awards for top finishers in several age categories for the 5k run. Registration is open now, with different pricing tiers leading up to race day. The event aims to empower older adults to live independently and will be timed using the Chronotrack B Chip system by the event production team.
