Race Description
The ICA 5K For Education is set to take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Causeway Cove Marina in Fort Pierce, Florida. This popular annual event, hosted by the Independence Classical Academy, promotes fitness and raises awareness for the school's educational initiatives. Participants will enjoy a fast and flat 5K course along the waterfront, and all will receive chip timing along with race t-shirts and finisher medals.
This year's race will feature a schedule that begins with registration and packet pick-up at 7:00 AM, followed by an opening ceremony at 7:45 AM. The race is expected to start at 8:00 AM, with awards for top finishers in various age categories to be distributed at 8:45 AM. Discounts are available for participants aged 17 and under, emphasizing the academy's commitment to making racing accessible for all ages.
