Race Description
The HRCA Backcountry Wilderness Half Marathon returns for its 16th year on November 2, 2024, offering a scenic 13.1-mile trail race in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The race will take participants along the Douglas County East/West trail and through the beautiful landscapes of the Highlands Ranch Community Association's Backcountry Wilderness Area.
Runners will have the chance to compete for prize money, with awards going to the top three male and female finishers. The event begins at 9:00 am, and organizers are encouraging everyone to mark their calendars for what promises to be a thrilling and challenging experience.
