Race Description
The Howl at the Thunder Moon is set to take place on July 12, 2025, along the scenic Long Beach coastline. Participants can choose to run either a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon as they embrace the night under the celestial glow of the full moon. This event promises a thrilling experience for runners looking to unleash their wild side and enjoy a vibrant coastal run.
Bib pick-up will begin early at 6:15 AM and will continue until 7:35 AM at the Race Ready Athletics Tent near the start line. The Half Marathon will kick off at 7:00 AM, followed by the 5K and 10K starting at 7:30 AM. With awards for the top finishers in each category, this race is not just about participation but also about celebrating achievements under the night sky.
