Race Description
The Houtzdale Revitalization Association is set to host its inaugural Gobbler Fun Run on November 16, 2024. This family-friendly event features a 5k run/walk open to participants of all ages and fitness levels. The untimed run will follow the new Houtzdale Days course, promoting exercise and camaraderie within the community.
Registration for the event is priced at $20, which includes a race t-shirt, while participants aged twelve and under can join for free, with an option to purchase a t-shirt for an additional $15. The proceeds from this event will support maintenance efforts for the David Wulderk Pavilion and its surrounding sidewalks. Attendees are encouraged to don turkey-themed costumes to receive special recognition during the event.
