Race Description
The Hornet Hustle 5k, scheduled for December 7, 2024, is a fundraising event for the Carter High School track team, taking place in Knoxville, Tennessee. Participants will start at the Carter Community Pool and run an out-and-back course with a turnaround point on McCubbins Road. There will be one water stop provided along the route to ensure runners stay hydrated during the event.
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers, along with recognition for the best performers in various age groups. All participants will receive a custom T-shirt, although late registrations may not guarantee a shirt due to ordering cutoffs. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Carter High Track team, and there are options for supporters to participate in a Fun Walk or to make donations online.
