Race Description
The 2024 Hope Continues 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk is set for October 26, 2024, marking the 8th year of this annual event, previously known as the Tupelo Breast Cancer Awareness Run. The event aims to support local communities in Northeast Mississippi, with all proceeds being utilized for screening and support services for individuals impacted by cancer. Last year's fundraising efforts raised over $35,000, with hopes to surpass this amount in 2024.
Participants can register for the 5K and 1 Mile Walk with early bird fees available until September 19, 2024. The race features awards for top performers in the 5K, including cash prizes for the top three overall male and female competitors as well as in various age categories. Packet pickup is scheduled for October 25, 2024, at Core Cycle & Outdoor in Tupelo, MS. More details and registration can be found on their official website.
