Race Description
The Kent Island Running Group will host the 3rd annual Historic Stevensville Distance Festival on September 29, 2024. This event features a 13.1 kilometer (8.15 mile) option that is part of the Maryland Road Runners Club of America's Grand Prix series, as well as a 4+ mile option. Participants will enjoy a scenic course that takes them through historic Stevensville and along the beautiful Cross Island Trail.
Runners can look forward to a post-race celebration at PRS Guitars, where they will be treated to pizza from Classic Pizza and beer for those aged 21 and over. Each participant will also receive a finisher's medal and a long-sleeved tri-blend shirt, along with an exciting after-party featuring DJ music. Registration is currently open for those interested in joining this fun and fast event.
