Highland Fright Ride (2nd annual)

The Highland Fright Ride, a community bicycle event, will take place on Friday, October 11, 2024, welcoming riders to participate in a spooky 7.5-mile ride after dusk. This second annual event encourages participants to wear helmets, bike lights, and costumes while enjoying refreshments at two designated pit stops along the route. Attendees will also receive a T-shirt, contributing to the festive atmosphere of this family-friendly event.

Participants are advised to register in advance through bikesignup.com/highlandfrightride as day-of registrations will be cash only and starting at Main Square Park. The event will provide traffic control support from the Highland Police Department and food vendors will be available before and after the ride, making it a convenient and enjoyable experience for all ages. Early bird registration starts at $16, with fees increasing closer to the event.
