The upcoming event 'Hearts & Soles 4 Hearts & Souls' is set to take place on November 10, 2024, in Albemarle, North Carolina. This unique run/walk aims to raise awareness about veteran suicide, highlighting the stark reality that an average of 22 veterans take their lives daily. Participants will engage in a 22-lap run or walk around the YMCA park to support this important cause, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the North Carolina Brain Injury Association.
Registration for the event is currently open, with an entry fee of $25 that includes a commemorative t-shirt for participants who pre-register by October 31, 2024.
