Race Description
The Heart & Sole 5K is set to take place on October 12, 2024, in Fruitport, MI, in memory of fellow runner Courtney Frazine. This event not only honors her memory but also supports READ Muskegon, a charity that holds significance for Courtney, as she was an elementary teacher assisting children with reading difficulties. The run will begin at 8:30 AM, and every participant will receive a long-sleeve 'Dri-Fit' tech shirt.
Participants can look forward to awards for overall winners and age group winners, with a generous prize pool that goes three deep. Last year, the event managed to raise $15,500 for its designated charity. The Heart & Sole Run is open for registration, inviting runners and walkers alike to join in this touching tribute and support a good cause.
