Race Description
The Heart & Sole 5k is set to take place on February 15, 2025, at Frank Liske Park in Concord, North Carolina. This event encourages participants of all abilities to either run or walk while celebrating the spirit of togetherness and love, suitable for families, friends, and pets.
Participants can expect a festive atmosphere with event swag including t-shirts and special Valentine gift bags. Additionally, there will be a charity component encouraging runners to donate slightly used running shoes to support those in need. Registration for the event is open now through February 9 to ensure a race shirt guarantee.
