Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2024 - Pinehurst, NC

The Healthy Kids Running Series is set to take place in Pinehurst, NC, starting on October 20, 2024. This program, specially designed for children from Pre-K to 8th grade, enables young runners to participate in a variety of age-appropriate races over five weeks. The series promotes fitness and friendly competition among its participants, offering events such as the 50 and 75 yard dashes, as well as longer runs including a quarter mile, half mile, and mile race.

Participants will receive incentives for their efforts, including weekly race bibs, a runner t-shirt, and a finisher medal at the end of the series. The program also features a Challenger Division for children with disabilities, allowing them to compete in a 75 yard race with support from family and friends. Registration for the full five-week series is priced at $45 during the early bird phase, increasing closer to the event date, while single-day registrations are also available on race day.
