Race Description
The Healthy Kids Running Series is set to take place in Lafayette, LA, beginning on September 28, 2024. This five-week program is aimed at children from Pre-K through 8th grade, offering a variety of age-appropriate running events. Participants will have the opportunity to earn points based on their race completion, culminating in a celebratory medal awarded at the end of the series.
The event will feature various distances including 50 & 75 yard dashes, a quarter mile, half mile, and a mile. Additionally, there is a Challenger Division for children with disabilities, allowing them to receive assistance on the course. Registration is currently open, with a single-day race option available for those who wish to participate in select events.
