Race Description
The Healthy Harvest 5K, organized by the Heywood Wellness Committee, is set to take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, MA. Participants can choose from a timed run, a brisk walk, or a 30-minute facilitated yoga session, with proceeds benefiting healthcare programs focused on employee wellness.
This year's event highlights the importance of mental health for healthcare workers, aiming to raise awareness and support for the challenges they face. Registration will open at 7:45 AM, with the kickoff ceremony at 9:00 AM. Awards will be presented to the top male and female participants, as well as for the Most Spirited Team.
