Race Description
The Headless Horseman 5K returns this year with an exciting and spooky twist, set to take place on October 19, 2024, in Howell, Michigan. The event will commence from the scenic intersection of State and Clinton Streets in Downtown Howell, allowing participants to enjoy a picturesque route through historic neighborhoods and the picturesque Scofield City Park.
Participants are encouraged to register early to receive exclusive race merchandise, including a long-sleeved 50/50 blend shirt. The race will feature a Rolling Start, where runners can begin anytime between 6 PM and 6:10 PM, promoting a safer experience by spacing out participants. The event is also designed to support local children's activities within the community, further enriching the significance of this beloved annual occurrence.
