Race Description
The Happy Valley Humdinger is set to take place on October 19, 2024, in beautiful Happy Valley, North Carolina. This annual 5k race features a scenic point-to-point course that runs along the picturesque Yadkin River and finishes at the Happy Valley Filling Station. With its rural atmosphere, the event is expected to attract both seasoned runners and community members.
Participants can enjoy a mix of hardtop and natural surfaces throughout the 5k route, which primarily runs on a low-traffic secondary road. Alongside the main race, the event will also host a Kids Fun Run at 11:00 am, ensuring activities for families. Runners age 21 and over will receive a complimentary craft beer after the race as part of a celebration of the local running community.
