Race Description
The 2nd Annual Halloween Havoc trail running event is set to take place at the breathtaking Pioneer Trail in Jennings State Forest. This unique race features a 3.75-mile out and back course that runs adjacent to the historic Dunn Cemetery, illuminated by moonlight and glow sticks. Participants are encouraged to don headlamps due to the evening setting and will be challenged with special features along the course, all while embracing a spooky Halloween theme.
Runners and walkers alike will compete for various awards, including the coveted Slow A$$ award, and participate in a costume contest. The event supports the Foundations of Freedom men's sober living facility, with part of the proceeds being donated to this cause. With a festive atmosphere, post-race celebrations, and a welcoming ambiance for families and first-time trail runners, Halloween Havoc promises a memorable experience.
