Race Description
The Halloween 5K and Monster Mile is set to take place in Stafford, VA on October 26, 2024. This festive event invites participants to run or walk while tackling the famed Halloween Hill, with a special Monster Mile option available for children ages 12 and under. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, with prizes awarded for the best outfits. For those who register before the October 10th t-shirt deadline, a long-sleeve shirt and a custom finisher's medal will be awarded.
The event not only promotes community engagement but also supports a noble cause, benefiting Project Lifesaver in partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. This initiative is designed to assist individuals who are prone to wandering due to cognitive conditions, ensuring timely responses that can save lives. Participants will also be treated to a post-race donut as a delicious reward for their efforts.
