Race Description
The GRADSA 5K is set to take place on October 19, 2024, at the Riverfront in Downtown Owensboro, KY. Organized by the Green River Area Down Syndrome Association, this event aims to raise funds for the 2024 GRADSA Buddy Walk®, which is a vital fundraiser for the local non-profit organization. Participants, regardless of their connection to Down syndrome, are encouraged to join and support the cause.
With registration currently open, early bird fees start at $30 until September 1, after which the cost will increase to $35. Runners who register before October 1 will also receive a commemorative race t-shirt. The event will not only help raise funds but also seeks to foster community spirit and awareness, inviting everyone to participate and make a difference.
