Race Description
The 18th Annual Good Samaritan Cross Training 5K is set to take place on October 12th, 2024, starting at 8 AM in Greenville, NC. This annual ministry fundraiser aims to benefit families throughout Pitt County by combining a traditional 5K race with Cross Training exercises, presenting a unique athletic challenge for participants at all levels.
Participants can choose to run a standard 5K or take on additional challenges at six Cross Training stations throughout the course. The event not only promotes fitness but also serves to support Hope of Glory Ministries, which provides essential resources to families in financial need in the local community. The race encourages community involvement and participation, highlighting the importance of physical fitness and community support.
