Race Description
The Girls on the Run Bexar County organization is set to host its Spring 2025 5K event on May 10, 2025. This community-focused race aims to inspire girls through running, integrating lessons on health and confidence with a fun curriculum that culminates in a 5K race, allowing participants to experience the joy of accomplishment.
The event will take place at Mission County Park in San Antonio, Texas, with entry fees starting at $30. All proceeds will support scholarships, ensuring no girl is turned away from the program due to economic need. Participants who register by April 20, 2025, are guaranteed a T-shirt, and all finishers will receive a Girls on the Run towel at the finish line.
