Race Description
The Girls on the Run Denver Metro 5K is set to take place on November 10, 2024, at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado. This annual event serves as a culmination of the season for program participants, allowing girls of all abilities to celebrate their achievements by crossing the finish line and receiving commemorative medals.
Participants and their coaches are advised to arrive early, with bib pick-up starting at 8:00 AM on race day. The 5K will officially start at 10:00 AM, encouraging a joyful and non-competitive atmosphere where community runners can enjoy the experience at their own pace.
