Race Description
The Get Your Orange On! 5K is set to take place on November 16, 2024, at UTRGV University Recreation in Edinburg, Texas. The event aims to support the UTRGV Athletic program, enhancing sports facilities and providing resources for student-athletes. Participants will enjoy a competitive atmosphere while contributing to the growth of the university's athletic profile.
Racers will be placed in different corrals based on their finish time, with those completing the 5K in under 30 minutes starting at 7:00 a.m. in Corral 1. The event also offers a custom shirt for early registrants, a finisher medal, and age group awards. Participants are reminded to be aware of potential risks associated with the race as UTRGV does not assume liability for any incidents.
