Race Description
The Get the Slack Out 5k & Beer Mile is set to debut on June 1, 2025, at Dennisville Recreational Park in Cape May Courthouse, NJ. Participants can look forward to a unique blend of athleticism and fun with a 5k race followed by a beer mile event at Slack Tide Brewing, located less than 4 miles from the park.
The event promises a variety of race swag, including a custom pint glass, a finisher medal, and post-race beer. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers, along with age group awards. Participants should be ready for the beer mile challenge after the 5k, which involves drinking beers between running laps, ensuring a lively post-race experience.
