Race Description
The Gears and Beers Ride for Hospice is set to take place on October 13, 2024, in Summerfield, North Carolina. This event, which supports Greensboro's AuthoraCare Hospice, features a scenic route along country roads with rolling hills. Participants can choose from three distance options of 25, 35, or 54 miles, all of which will have support along the course including aid stations and rolling mechanics to assist cyclists.
Registration for the Gears and Beers Ride is currently open, and all proceeds from the registration fees go directly to benefit AuthoraCare Hospice. Cyclists who register by the deadline will enjoy a post-ride celebration that includes food, drinks, and entertainment. Attendees who sign up on the event day or who miss deadlines will still have access to limited lunches and T-shirts on a first-come, first-served basis.
