Race Description
The Gateway to Yosemite 5K/10K race is scheduled to take place on September 29, 2024, at Fahrens Park in Merced, California. After a successful event last year, this year's race promises an exciting route through scenic trails of the disc golf course and dog park, enhancing the overall experience for runners and spectators alike.
Participants will have the chance to support the local disc golf course through their entry fees, with amenities including educational signage about local wildlife. The first 100 finishers will receive a custom medal, while the Merced Disc Golf Club will host engaging post-race activities, including a distance showcase and putting games open to all skill levels.
