Race Description
The inaugural Fur-k Wag, Walk & Run event is set to take place on November 16, 2024, in Brunswick, Georgia. This unique 4k Human/Dog Walk or Run is designed to raise funds for shelter animals and will be held at Silver Bluff Brewing. Registrants can bring up to two leashed dogs, with additional fees for the second dog, and those who prefer can participate without dogs as well.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Grateful Cats/Canines Allies and Supporters (GCAS), an organization focused on improving the lives of shelter animals at Glynn County Animal Services. Participants are encouraged to register before October 25 to ensure they receive a quality event T-shirt, as there will be no medals awarded—just the joy of running for a good cause.
