Race Description
The 8th Annual Frightful 5K & Pumpkin 1K, hosted by the City of Troy, is set to take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024. This family-friendly event will feature a USATF certified course beginning and ending at the Troy Community Center in Michigan. Participants are encouraged to don spooky costumes as they run the 5K route and the 1K kids' fun run, promoting a festive atmosphere for all ages.
Racers can take advantage of early bird registration through October 13, with pricing starting at $25 for the 5K and $10 for the 1K. Packet pick-up will be available at the Troy Community Center on the days leading up to the event, as well as on race day, starting at 7:00 am. Participants can look forward to age-appropriate awards, a t-shirt, and a finisher's medal while enjoying the community spirit of the race.
