Race Description
The FREEZING 5K is set to take place on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 9 AM at Kensington Metropark in Milford, MI. This run/walk event will not only promote physical fitness but also support a local Huron Valley student’s initiative to encourage children to stay healthy through exercise. All proceeds from the race will benefit the Milford YMCA for the purchase of exercise equipment and educational programs.
Participants will start the race at the west boat launch of Kensington Metropark, proceed to Baywood, and then return to the start/finish line. The event is chip-timed, ensuring accurate race results, and awards will be given in the form of medals and trophies.
