Race Description
The Fred Lutzke Memorial 5k Race and Walk is set to take place on September 21, 2024, at Wattles Park in Battle Creek, Michigan. This self-timed event, organized by the Love Thy Neighbor Food Pantry Backpack Program, aims to raise funds for local families in need by providing meals for children.
Participants can register for the event online, with guarantees of t-shirts for those who sign up before September 13, 2024. The event is open to all, including strollers and leashed dogs, and will feature post-race snacks for participants. All proceeds will benefit local food assistance initiatives.
